To direct a veterinary clinic requires being pending of every detail so that everything functions well. My role as administrator is to coordinate the operative part of the day-to-day: I supervise the personnel, I organize schedules, I manage accounts payable and payroll, and I ensure that everything complies with the regulations and all licenses are up to date. Besides, to watch over that the clinic is in optimal conditions. All with the objective that every pet receives a service of quality and that the customers trust fully in our service.
